Location- good. Room- not bad for price, but I wouldn’t say I recommend it. Service - parking guys, great. Front desk- not helpful and not professional. We were told we didn’t have a reservation and then after showing proof, they still couldn’t figure it out. Took 20+ minutes to even find the reservation. Then they told us our room wasn’t ready. At breakfast they told us it wasn’t included, to which I showed our reservation again (which it was clearly included). In the end, the breakfast looked terrible and we didn’t eat it. Too many good places in CM to settle for that. I wouldn’t recommend it based on our experience, but the location is good. They’d be wise to replace some staff and improve their system. Online booking says, “welcome drink included, breakfast included, etc” Definitely not welcomed with a drink and not treated well at breakfast.

The service staff is very good, speaks well, has good manners, but the room looks old. And the hot water cannot be adjusted. Unfortunately, the restaurant is considered very good for the price. Reduce the price received The swimming pool is really small but very clean.

Go to Chiang Mai every time Must stay at this hotel There isn't anywhere that needs to be fixed. Impressed every time The service is superior and it's worth the money you paid. No regrets. The hotel is very good. I recommend it to everyone.

If you want a 20-30 euro per room per night hotel, without the comfort of a bar, proper wifi and a location next to nothing than you are at the right place. Rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. Unfortunately we booked a trip via an agency and had different expectations. The pool is about 6X3 meters…

I booked a three-person room and checked in around 6:00 pm. The room was gone and the front desk immediately gave me a free upgrade to a connected suite. The room space is good, the air conditioner is super powerful, there was a problem …

Unfortunately very dirty .. even after I called for cleaning bath room and floor from hair , it was still dirty ! Very unpleasant experience & nothing look’s like on the picture. 1 start only for the friendly staff at the reception

We recently found this hotel. Not a new one but rooms are quite big, confortable and almost clean. A nice small swimmingpool. As long as the prices are not more than 700 bath à night this will be a nice place to stay. Not far from town center. A 7/11 50 meters away, a market very near and many shops.

Perfect location. The rooms are big and cosy. Staff are friendly. The staff at the entrance are very helpful too. Breakfast is good but certainly can have more variety will be better.

Nice hotel. Some parts recently updated. Good in many ways. Service staff were friendly and helpful. Most spoke enough English to communicate. Restaurant is top notch! I’d give the restaurant 5 stars by itself - tasty, wonderful presentation, good atmosphere. The break time snacks were out of this world fancy! Negatives: Only one significant negative was the meeting facilities - they are a bit dated and noisy with the AC running. Sound system was usable.

The service is good, the breakfast is good, the room is big, the bathroom has a lot of water, and the price is very cheap. There is a small 7 market nearby. It is suitable for people who rent motorcycles. It takes 10 minutes to ride a motorcycle from the ancient city. I live here every time I come to Chiang Mai. The cp is very high
